Os desenhos são realizados em rolos contínuos de papel, como pergaminhos. São narrativas sem margens definidas, transitórias, marcadas pela incerteza das origens e dos destinos, por aquilo que nunca se revela completamente. As figuras humanas surgem como territórios singulares, ligados por vínculos delicados, desejos e ausências. O amarelo existe, permanece: elo comum que, ao mesmo tempo, é fundamento, vazio e essência.
Realizada manualmente em um processo lento e minucioso, a obra demanda tempo tanto em sua construção quanto em sua observação. Em contraste com a aceleração das telas digitais, Humanas Conexões convida o espectador a uma experiência de permanência e atenção, em que cada detalhe revela tensões, distâncias e aproximações. A obra elabora um mapeamento afetivo das relações e daquilo que existe nos espaços entre nós.
Human Connections
The drawings are created on continuous rolls of paper, like scrolls. They are narratives without defined margins, transient and marked by the uncertainty of origins and destinations, by that which never fully reveals itself. Human figures emerge as singular territories, connected through delicate bonds, desires, and absences. Yellow exists and persists: a common link that is, at the same time, foundation, void, and essence.
Produced entirely by hand through a slow and meticulous process, the work demands time both in its construction and in its observation. In contrast to the acceleration of digital screens, Humanas Conexões invites the viewer into an experience of permanence and attention, where each detail reveals tensions, distances, and moments of closeness. The work develops an affective mapping of relationships and of what exists in the spaces between us.
